If you click 'my trips' from the main menu do you see your trip there?
Normally it should show up there

Also. Please check your spam box, sometimes the trip confirmation link email will end up there

Hi David, thanks for sticking with this... I've checked my Spam Folder and the link was not sent there.. and yes the trip appears in my trips - I may have set up an account years ago that may have the same e mail as well not sure if that would stop me getting the links sent.
