Firstly there is no petrol stations in Yarra Junction so fill up just before. It starts off straight from Yarra Junction bu changes drastically from Powell Town, the road from here to Noojee is in good condition & there are alot of good corners 2nd & 3rd gear it then opens up to long flowing corners & great roads. As usual they are Australian roads so watch for wild life & logging trucks. From Noojee to Baw Baw the roads are very windy & very tight & narrow. Sports bikes will be disadvantaged in this section as the road condition does deteriorate the softer suspension of the sport tourers & tourers take full advantage. The whole ride 1 way is about 1 1/2 hours. Caution leave the Noojee to Baw Baw section for at least 1 week after a storm as there will be large amounts of bark, tree branches & wash off. Best to let the cars & trucks do the cleaning for you.
