Starting from Vrouchas, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Elounda and Spinalonga Island. Climb down the mountain and continue driving just beside the sea, between lots of luxury hotels. I haven't done this route at summer time but I believe that it will be full of traffic. From Elounda you can take a ship and visit Spinalonga Island Fortress. A fortress, where leprous people was banished.
