Ive got over 20K miles in the Alps and have been over all the big boys several times. Summer of 07 I rode Juan Pass and fell in love with it. Its not the highest, or steepest but, the road quality, is excellent-I think it had just recently been repaved-and the scenery is green, green pastures with valley views. Some switchtbacks and lots of excellent sweepers!! Not to be missed, for sure.

The road is a little bit tight but it makes it interresting. There are one or two restaurant and a self at the top of the pass. have a nice trip!! PS: it could happen there is cut grass on the side of the road
