Looks pretty straight on map but it's a great piece of road with lots of high speed bends and a few "S" bends thrown in to keep you awake.

With living locally, I usually use this road to start my ride-out, and it never disapoints, fast flowing bends, one particular bend at the tealby turn off, which where the road drops down and a good fast left hander, road rises up and then a fast right hander, excellent bit of road. *BUT beware* of the cars and trailer brigade on a sunday as they have a moto cross track at the side of this road about where belmont tower is and they often leave mud on the roads, otherwise a class bit of road

January 4, 2010 -

Great bit of road with a couple of uts. being so fast its popular with the old plod, even been known to ride an unmarked camera bike and almost goad bikers into having a go before nicking them. About 2 miles up from the A168 end theres a crossroads hidden around a really quick corner, watch it, it is signed but is very hard to see. Mate of mine put himself in hospital when an old biddy pulled out in front of him and stopped in the middle of his lane!!!

January 1, 2010 -

Great road, even makes sense going both ways the same day. Done this 4 times now, little traffic, given that nothings on at Cadwell Park. Nice scenary, with plenty of flowing corners,nothing to catch you out though, some fast sections when you really can nail it.

March 28, 2008 -

Lovely ride across the Lincolnshire Wolds. A fair number of bends, a few that are pretty sharp but generally able to make fairly quick progress. Can be busy with other bikes (is close to Willingham Woods) and is also popular on the Lincolnshire Bike Nights. Both of these tend to draw out the police so dont go mental.

July 14, 2007 -

A158 out of Horncastle to Wragby and then right onto the B1225 after about 8kms.
Good open B road with some good corners, especially on the up and down bits through the Lincolnshire Wolds. I do not live locally and have only done this route a few times. Excellent for making good progress.
