I rode it at June this year. Italian side is narrow, with not great surface, but it is fun. Austrian side is more straight with better surface

Drove this end of april, Still very snowy.
Nice drive to Italy.
Good asfalt on the Austrian side, little dammaged on Italian side.
The Italian side has the best corners. But watch out for falling rocks

Crossing over the border between Italy and Austria at around 1800m, this spectacular pass has many nice corners.
