Lovely and relaxing country to A/B road route, views of the farmland of Leicester and nice newly tarmacked roads on the second half. First half is a little bit bumpy but well worth the scenery and peace. I went early morning, 5:30-6:30am, and hardly anybody around at all. Country and town seconds were ghost towns, only saw cars on the A roads back to Leicester.
IAMBIBAwsome route mixtures of short, long twisty bends or corners. Careful when entering Houghton on the hill there are 2 catchy corners one before you enter and one after you enter. As well as great newly tarmac surface roads for smooth ridding, dual carriages ways magnificent round-bouts and only one speed camera which is clearly visible just before the right turn onto the b6407. Hardly ever do you see the old bill
