An alternative to the Hume Highway when travelling between Coolac and Tumut . A bit shorter than the route through Adjungbilly but the road is more narrow and bumpy in parts so it's not as quick overall. There's a challenging little hilly section south of Brungle with some tight bumpy corners that should be taken with care at reduced speed. See also Coolac - Tumut via Adjungbilly & Tumorrama
